Full service is for clients who want a hands-on partner from the first sketch to the last throw pillow. Renovations, new builds, or a house whose bones you already love: we design the concept, draw the plans, pick every finish, fixture and piece of furniture, and manage the project with your builder and trades so the design survives contact with reality.
We source across price points without apology. A project might pair a custom sofa with a chair we found at a Round Top dealer at seven in the morning, or a new oak dining table with your grandmother's chairs reupholstered in something she would have found a little scandalous. The goal is a house that looks collected over a lifetime, even when it came together in six months.
On a new build, the best time to call is before the slab is poured. We work alongside your builder and architect on the decisions that are expensive to change later: window placement, ceiling heights, the kitchen layout, where the light switches land. Nobody thinks about the light switches until it is too late. We think about the light switches.
