Nashville New Build

A ground-up build in Nashville with a black exterior and crisp white trim, which is how you know it means business. Inside: lime plaster in the primary bedroom, slurry brick for texture, zellige in the baths, and an all-black laundry room that became, somehow, everyone's favorite room in the house.

Custom sleeping nooks for the kids, a kitchen with an island you could land a plane on, and a staircase worth photographing. Proof that new construction does not have to feel new.
